Alix, Olivia, Reuben & Adam

 

Hello, my name is Alix, Mummy to Olivia and Reuben.

It all started when I was on maternnity leave with Olivia, she was a great napper (night times were a different story!) and I'm that sort of person who needs to keep busy so I began sewing little outfits for Olivia. With a lot of encouragement from family and friends I set up a small Etsy shop selling rompers and Olivia's Outfits was born! I made my first sale that night and have expanded the items I sell over time.

Just before I returned to work a friend had been looking at my fabrics and discovered I had one with pandas on. This is her sons favourite animal and she asked me if I could use this to make a belt/band to hold his insulin pump. It turned out to be his favourite pump band and so I added my self drafted design to my shop.

Fast forward another year and another baby, I have expanded my little business from Etsy and Instagram to its very own website. Although sewing time is a little slower now while juggling 2 kids under 3 (plus a lively labrador) I'm still loving making adorable clothes and pump bands for your little (and not so little) ones.
