Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact OliviasOufits prior to returning an item; items returned without prior contact will be returned to sender and will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds are not available for custom made to order items unless they are faulty. Custom items are those which have been made to your specifications or using fabric which has been ordered in especially for your order which is not usually stocked by us. You must notify OliviasOutfits of the fault within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Estimated shipping times
United Kingdom: 2-3 business days after dispatch confirmation.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postage company.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for custom orders once the item has been made or the fabric has been ordered for your item. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
